Lesego Maureen Masilela was the CEO and Managing Director of Khumo Ya Lesego Trading and Projects and KYL Investment Group, and currently serves as Chairman of the Group. With a strong footprint in the North West mining sector, she gained extensive experience supplying mining consumables, delivering construction services, and held a shareholder role in Matayo Trading 7 (Pty) Ltd. Based in Pretoria, she has built a reputation for meticulous legal representation, thorough preparation, and strategic thinking, always upholding the highest ethical standards. Her professional journey includes serving as an Acting Judge at the North Gauteng High Court, membership in the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa, and completion of an international mediation course through The Global Social Work Organisation. Beyond her practice, Lisle is deeply committed to advancing social justice and empowering underrepresented groups. She offers a wide range of services including legal advisory, court appearances, mediation, arbitration, and negotiation, guided by integrity, perseverance, and compassion to make a positive impact in every matter she undertakes.

Cordelia Mikosi is an entrepreneur and founding Chairperson and Shareholder of Goshen Infrastructural Resources (Pty) Ltd (GoshenIR).
GoshenIR is an entrepreneurial black owned company founded in 2016 to provide services (consulting included) in the infrastructure, roads, manufacturing, engineering, environmental and mining industries. Cordelia has vast experience in General Consulting, especially Human Capital related and has a National Diploma in Human Resources from Tshwane University of Technology.
